Areas of delivery

Regardless of where you live, your product will reach every corner of the world, as we offer worldwide shipping with some limitations. Not all locations are eligible for free international shipping, therefore, please enquire in advance whether we are able to ship to your country for free. Should a circumstance arise where we are unable to, you will be liable to care for handling fees, custom and duty charges.

GemConcepts recommends that you consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. GemConcepts will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by the customer’s country.

 

Handling and shipping

Once you make up your mind and advance with successful payment confirmation, we process the order within 72 hours and ship it to you (unless it is a custom order). All foreign sales are performed with full insurance. All orders are delivered by GemConcepts Ltd via Brinks, Malca-Amit and/or FedEx depending on your exact geographic location of delivery. You will receive an update with tracking details (where available) upon completed dispatch. Kindly feel free to reach any of the couriers mentioned above to track the shipment with the respective logistics later, or write to us to check the approximate delivery interval anytime.

Your orders are handled everyday of the week, excluding Friday & Saturday. Should an item be temporarily unavailable, you will be informed. In such circumstance, we kindly ask for up to three weeks to complete the order.

Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes. Therefore, a proper shipping address, telephone number, and name of receiver must be provided before the sale is complete.
The free international shipping is from the GemConcepts offices in Ramat Gan, Israel to the address provided by the customer. GemConcepts will not be responsible in the event that a shipment is held/stored with a carrier or by customs. Furthermore, if fees are applied, the customer will be held responsible to pay the charge in order to have the shipment released. If for any reasons the shipment must be returned back to the GemConcepts offices in Israel, the customer will be held liable for the cost of the returning shipment. In the event that a customer chooses not to complete a transaction, any fees applied for storage and returned shipment will be deducted from the refund issued for the order.

 

Exchange and Returns

At GemConcepts LTD., we take pride in the quality of our products and aspire to maintain high customer satisfaction, thus, we are positive that you are going to love your purchases. However, should this not be the case and should you wish to return or exchange your order, kindly email us to ensure that the item for exchange or return requested, complies with our terms.

To avoid inconvenience with customs and extra charges, please do not ship back to us without prior notice. Upon confirmation of possible return or exchange, the item would be exchangeable within 7 days on condition that the purchased item is in new condition, unused and unworn and that all the documents accompanying the original parcel (i.e. certificates, gift boxes) be kept and submitted. Please note that return handling charges are subject to individual cases based on the area of delivery. To ensure a smooth return, please check with us in advance regarding the logistic details.

GemConcepts Ltd. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee inclusive of outbound shipping fees and payment system commission charged from us. Upon agreement, we will issue refund of the full amount of your purchase to you, less any original shipping and handling charges previously applied.

You are liable for the inbound return shipment charges, duty and taxes as well. For tracking purposes, we recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured and prior agreed upon international carrier. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. In the case of the original Grading report[s] of the purchase not being returned, the customer is liable for the full amount of the grading reports fees, deducted from the amount being refunded.

Refunds will be issued in the same method by which it was received, meaning the original form of payment via wire transfer, PayPal, or cash. In the event of a refund, approved refunds will reflect the amount of the transaction as mentioned on the invoice provided by GemConcepts. GemConcepts is not responsible for any additional fees or charges applied by the banks, any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges that may be levied by the customer’s country of importation, or any other parties throughout the process.

Furthermore, please note that bespoke items or special orders that we currently do not carry in stock, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
