Unique Three Stone Ensemble

A unique Diamonds ensemble Centering a beautiful natural Argyle brown Emerald Cut Diamond. Designed and cut to display the vintagey old cut appearance and character mimicking Emerald Cuts which were cut in beginning of the 20th. Century.

This Diamond possesses proportions which favor such colors because the step facets are responsible for the splitting the light returning to its viewer. In most spot and warm in-door lighting it displays an array of peachy/orangey (and some pinkish) colored flashes which Argyle browns can be potentially known for. The play-of-light is pleasantly surprising.

The weight of this Diamond is 1.382 carats respectively and we graded its clarity as a subtle SI1 (a tiny feather which is parallel to the crown & table facet junction).

The Diamond features a higher than usual crown combined with a small table and large corner breaks which intensifies the look of the Era. Like most of our Diamond cuts, this Diamond has an open culet displaying the phenomenon called “kozibe”, a reflective display of the culet surrounding the crown area. It’s length to width ratio is 1:1.08 (up to 1:1049 ratio is considered a square.)

The center Emerald is flanked by a matching Asscher Cut pair complimenting the center Diamond’s vintage cut with the same attributes. They weigh 0.459 & 0.471 carat each and in our opinion work proportionally great as side stones for the center. They were graded by us as near-colorless (approx “I” color) and VS2 in clarity. Reflecting the center Diamond, this pair also feature a high crown, small table, wider corner breaks and a Kozibe effect.
