This 1.98 carat smoothed, rounded freehand cabochon emerald bead was refashioned from a vintage Colombian emerald of almost four carats. In its first round, it was reformed and smoothed into a 2.44 carat cushion outlined cabochon but I have decided to keep shaping it into this final 1.98 carat round cabochon.
It displays a uniquely beautiful and smoothed beady feel exhibiting a beautiful crispy mint green color or water with minor jardin-like inclusions which are quite esthetic and beautiful to the eyes. Very natural looking.
