Mughal Style Diamond – Unique Observations

Dear friends and colleagues…

Many of you might be aware already, one of my projects last year was an attempt to replicate the ancient Mughal Cut style, a diamond faceting style almost completely extinct in our present day.

Since then, I have felt lucky enough to be one of the only people I know who had a privilege to handle & study such a marvellous cut let alone spend hours on end re-discovering what the world of diamonds has lost to history.

In the last few weeks I have posted pictures and visuals showing the uniqueness of this ancient diamond style. I thought of compiling some of these posts in one place might offer both an better acquaintance and educational relating to this lost visual treasure.
